Health is often treated as a service.
It should be managed as a responsibility.
For individuals and families who value time, clarity, and control, health cannot be left to fragmented systems.
From London, serving clients internationally, Serenity provides structured private health management. We do not simply coordinate care. We take responsibility for guiding, protecting and advocating for your health interests with discipline and continuity.
Access to medicine is rarely the issue.
Alignment and oversight are.
Healthcare today offers specialists, institutions and advanced treatments across jurisdictions. What it does not provide is a single, accountable professional ensuring that every decision serves the individual’s long-term interests.
That is our role.
Each client relationship is led by medically qualified case managers who build a deep understanding of the individual — clinically and personally. Decisions are made within context, not in isolation.
The objective is clear: the optimal medical outcome, delivered efficiently and without unnecessary complexity.
Our clients measure value in results — and in time preserved.
Our methodology, refined across multiple countries over five years, has supported thousands of members and managed tens of thousands of cases.
It is built on:
Designed to reduce uncertainty, eliminate unnecessary delays, and ensure that health decisions are approached with discipline rather than reaction.
We maintain no fixed hospital partnerships. Recommendations are made independently across the UK, Europe, and other leading centres — based solely on what best serves the clinical need. This structural independence protects judgment.
Our role is to strengthen and oversee – not to replace your trusted providers.
Most clients engage us through membership, ensuring continuity and long-term health governance.
We also provide focused support for specific situations when required.
Available seven days a week, our work is discreet, methodical and grounded in long-term relationships.
Thirteen years in UK healthcare has taught Laura one thing: the system only works if you actually listen. Whether in the private sector or the NHS, she has spent over a decade cutting through the noise to find out what people truly need. Laura shows up, every day, with a distinct Spanish energy—a mix of bright curiosity and a warmth that reminds there’s a human being behind every system. She’s always looking for the next horizon, usually with a smile that says she’s already planning the next adventure. And we feel lucky to be next.🩵💜
Leonor moved to London sixteen years ago looking for adventure, a decision that shaped her curiosity, independence, and openness to new experiences. She has a long-standing interest in intensive care and safeguarding, and is drawn to situations where calm, focus, and presence matter most.
Outside of work, she has a passion for technology, motorbikes, and travelling, interests that reflect her curiosity and love of movement. Now part of Serenity, and as a mother of two young children, Leonor approaches every family with warmth, attentiveness, and care, always aiming to make things feel clearer and more manageable. 🩵💜
Rita believes that how something feels is never secondary.
At Serenity, she shapes the client experience — not as a department, but as a philosophy. To her, it stands shoulder to shoulder with medicine itself. The lighting, the tone of voice in a message, the way a concern is handled, the silence in a room — none of it is accidental.
Her career began in marketing across major telecommunications companies in Portugal and Angola. But eleven years ago, inside a hospital setting, she found the work that felt right: building and leading large-scale client experience teams where care wasn’t just delivered — it was felt. She never left that world.
Serenity became her opportunity to create something more personal. An initiative that allows her own signature and touch. A place where excellence is measured not only in outcomes, but in details.
Her greatest frustration? Repetitive mistakes. Not because mistakes aren’t allowed — she believes they are essential. Mistakes are how teams learn, refine, improve. But they must lead somewhere. Growth is non-negotiable.
Rita cares deeply about aesthetics. The look. The feel. The coherence. Beauty, to her, is a form of respect.
She shares her time between Lisbon and London, quietly dreaming of the day she can travel between them by train. And outside of Serenity, her softer side belongs unapologetically to cats and dogs.
Michael doesn’t fit neatly into titles.
By training, he is a medical doctor. By experience, a long-time physician and later an executive across hospitals and medical providers. But at Serenity, his role is less about position and more about direction.
He is the one asking, “Why not?” And often, “Why not now?”
A visionary by instinct, sometimes perceived as slightly crazy for ideas that seem too early, too bold, too out of the box. He is positively stubborn — the kind of stubborn that survives failure, recalibrates, and tries again. And again. He wants things to happen yesterday. Patience is a skill he continues to practice.
Serenity was born from a conviction he carries deeply: medicine must use the best technology available and the latest scientific knowledge — always. But it must also recover something we have almost lost. The spirit of the old days. When listening carefully, observing quietly, and truly seeing a patient could lead to a diagnosis more than 90% of the time.
He believes progress and humanity are not opposites. They are meant to coexist.
Where Rita refines the details you feel, Michael pushes the boundaries of what is possible. Together, they built Serenity to prove that medicine can be advanced without becoming distant — and personal without becoming outdated.
